Your Appointment
Please arrive for your initial consultation a few minutes before the time scheduled. This gives you time to start filling out registration forms.

Procedure Preparation
If you use a numbing cream that requires a wait time, please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are having a hair removal procedure, please shave the treatment area 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. We charge a minimum of $50 shaving fee for back treatments only. Feel free to wear any clothing that will make you feel comfortable during your procedure (shorts, tank tops, etc.).

Payment
We require complete payment at your first appointment. If you are purchasing a package, the entire cost of the package should be paid for at the first appointment. We also offer the option of a financed treatment package. For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Missed, Changed, & Cancelled Appointments
We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We reserve the right to assess you a minimum of $50 fee for a missed appointment (failure to show). If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a minimum of 24 hours notice a $35 fee will be applied before your next appointment is performed.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we consider this a missed appointment and a fee may be assessed. This fee may automatically be charged on the credit card number we have on file. In the event this number is not current, the fee will be collected prior to your next appointment.

For clients who are treating a full body a minimum of $100 fee will be assessed for a missed appointment (failure to show or give a 24-hour notice).  Deal/voucher clients who are treating a full body that treatment/session missed (failure to show or give a 24-hour notice) will be subject to forfeit.

For clients with a package that fail to show or give a 24-hour notice for two consecutive appointments, that scheduled treatment/session will be forfeit.   For clients with a single area deal/voucher whom fail to show or give a 24-hour notice for two consecutive appointments, that deal/voucher will be forfeit.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds for unused or unwanted procedures. We will be happy to apply a fair credit for unused treatments towards a different procedure.

Tipping and Gratuity
A gratuity is evidence that you are appreciative of the treatment you’ve received. Tips are appreciated but definitely not expected.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased anytime in any amount. Gift cards are transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire.
